When to expect the order

All orders are prepared and shipped out from COSRX warehouse located in Korea. Processing takes 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to see the shipment details on “My Orders” page. The estimated delivery time is 10~35 business days.
Please note circumstances out of our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.

Received a defective item or a product you did not order?

If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will investigate on the issue and replace with a new product. You do not have to return the product to us. Please make sure to enter your contact information and photo(s) of the parcel for better and faster assistance.

Delivery Failure

- Missing
If a parcel does not reach a customer within 35 days of shipping, we regard it as missing. In these cases, we can re-send a new parcel or process a refund.

- Unclaimed Return
Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. Therefore, make sure to enter correct address and contact information.

Do you deliver to my country?

We use EMS and DHL delivery services. With that said, we deliver to anywhere EMS and DHL can deliver to. The estimated arrival time of your package also depends on the location and the delivery services within your country. Thank you.
