Refund policy
COSRX can only accept returns for items purchased through www.cosrx.com If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer or the store directly.
If you would like to return the items, please return them in their original packaging, unopened and unused, within 30 days of the delivery date. We will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded and that some products on sale may not be refundable with prior notice.
Return Shipping Costs
1) Change of Mind Returns (customer's own reason) — customer is responsible for 100% of shipping costs
- Domestic Shipping (US/UK) — orders shipped from our local US/UK warehouses: customer bears the round-trip shipping fee (based on the shipping fee calculated at the time of order)
- International Shipping from Korea (all other regions besides US/UK) — orders shipped directly from Korea: Customer bears a flat outbound shipping cost of USD $30 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency), plus the return shipping fee (i.e., USD $30 + return shipping cost). If the total purchase amount is under USD $30 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency), an additional shipping fee may be charged to the customer.
2) Seller-Caused Issues (defective item, wrong item, etc.) — COSRX bears 100% of shipping costs, regardless of shipping origin.
If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact our email (global@cosrx.co.kr) as soon as possible. We will investigate on the issue and get back to you with a solution. Please make sure to enter your contact information and photo(s) of the products you received and the parcel box for better and faster assistance.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes included in the order are non-refundable. However, if a refund is requested due to product defects or issues, please contact us via email (global@cosrx.co.kr).
In the case of a partial refund, only the product amount will be refunded, and tax refunds may not be available. We appreciate your understanding.
For EU Shipping — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)
The following provisions apply only to orders shipped to the European Union.
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, regardless of whether the item is defective.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and verify your return, the price of the product along with the original (outbound) shipping cost paid at checkout will be refunded to you. No restocking fee or return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that in the case of a change of mind or discretionary return, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, as disclosed in this policy prior to purchase.
*Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise, but you can select the carrier that works best for you. The return label will not be provided.

*All return refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.
