what more can be said? it’s the best. I use it on days when I don’t use my retinoid. It gets ride of black heads and closed comedones on my forehead. (fyi- it will not get rid of sebaceous filaments, you need an AHA for that, sorry folks).
I have struggled with blackheads my entire life. Nothing works. I've been using this stuff for a month now and I am starting to see some progress. My pores are looking smaller and my blackheads are starting to get less and less. I have high hopes that as I continue to use this product they will go away completely.
This is the only product that "exfoliates" that doesn't leave my skin raw. After years of damaging my face with horrible American drugstore "skincare" for acne my skin just cannot take the beatings anymore. I even used the lowest concentrations of salicylic acid to "lightly" exfoliate which did nothing but burn my skin and leave strange flakes all over it. I couldn't even apply unscented cream without my face feeling like a stung bee. This blackhead liquid is almost like it made all the dirt fizzle out of the pores. I have slightly larger pores than average due to years of damage (and I live in hot weather) and while my hormonal acne is mostly clear now my large pores make it easy to get clogged. I don't wear any makeup over the skin, only eyeshadow and mascara. This liquid keeps my pores clean (they're large so I can see when they're obviously darkened) and it keeps them clean to where I don't need to scrub my face hard. I pat this on a few times a week after cleansing. I don't have strange bumps all over my skin from clogged pores
I definitely have been getting less spots on my face since using this in tandem with the AHA power liquid. My skin texture has also been improving and it did not take long after my first use to see improvement. I didn't purge much using this but I think that is because I had recently purged after using the AHA BHA Vitamin C toner. It also has a nice and light texture and settles into the skin relatively quickly. I didn't experience much irritation after my first use. I will definitely be buying this again!
