"I wear makeup at work, and I use makeup erasers to take it off, but since summer is coming up, I figured I could use some help with oil and pollutant removal. I do have acne mostly related to sensitive skin. The little nozzle of bottle I received came broken off, so I contacted COSRX, and very quickly they got back to me with refund/replacement options. They handled everything quickly and kindly. I ended up going for a refund only because I later noticed how much citrus oil was in the formula which I am sensitive to."
