I'm not 100% sure if this plumps the lips but it definitely tingles like others have mentioned and as far as balms go, this is pretty good. I like the way it feels on my lips and this time of year I tend to stay in a state of chapped LOL and this does the trick

I've only used it a couple of times and while it feels like a great lip balm, I'm not sure how plumping it is. The tingling is alright. I haven't noticed significant plumping so far, but I do love how it feels on my lips. Maybe it works better on other people, worse case scenario it's a nice little balm.

There is no lip plumping here...I like it as a "BALM" that tingles. But as for plumping I don't feel like it does the trick...sorry

I purchased this lip plump in February. I've only be able to use it once so far, but let me tell you! This stuff is amazing! I put it on and instantly felt a burning tingle, now it wasn't unbearable, but it was enough that you could tell it was working! My lip were definitely plumping. It also didn't leave my lips dry at all!

The lip plumper is great! The texture feels nice, there's no taste, and it actually works! It doesn't leave a weird film on the lips, and I enjoy the slight tingle!
