Even though it leaks while travelling in a travel kit I do carry it everywhere I go because it is one of the Key things that calms my skin after a heavy duty day of skin negligence. Though I am interested in knowing if it contains water as base ? I dont understand the base of the product. It is definitely watery but H2O is not mentioned anywhere in the ingredients list. Whatever be the answer, I enjoy it. Will continue using it but I will appreciate some clarity."
