I have sensitive normal skin and unfortunately this cleanser is a not good match for me. The product has really nice creamy consistency, smells super fresh, while washing my face it felt also super fresh and mild. But after that my face felt dry and squeky. I was quite sad about the result as I had high expectations from it. Will use it for body or give it to my husband-he has oily skin, so probably it will suits him.
I love the Cosrx Low pH Morning Gel Cleanser. So, I have high hope for this new cleanser, so the date this cleanser launched, I purchased it right away. However, I am glad that I only purchased a small size. This cleanser left my face feeling squeaky clean and dry after washing my face! Too be honest, I was a little disappointed after all the excitement!!! I will finish using thia cleanser for my body instead, but will not repurchase this cleanser!
I grabbed this during a recent sale on COSRX cica products and as a longtime lover of COSRX’s Low pH Good Morning Cleanser, I figured it was worth a try. The texture of this reminds me SO MUCH of another brand’s low pH cleanser that has a creamy texture. This cleanser feels creamy and wonderful on the skin, it’s a great sensory experience. My only problem with this is that it leaves my face feeling squeaky. I have incredibly oily skin and every time I use this my skin feels stripped and I’m not sure how I feel about it.
It has a light, refreshing scent and as I said, the creamy lather feeling is wonderful. Despite my skin feeling squeaky afterwards, I’ve yet to have a reaction nor has my skin dried out. I think this is a perfectly good cleanser; I’m not sure of the efficacy of centella asiatica in a wash off product but the sensory experience by itself is quite nice. It lathers up quite nicely into a dense, rich foam and a little goes a long way. If you like the INCI list, are interested in the sensory experience and appreciate a bang for your buck, this is definitely worth a try. Additionally, if you don’t like the Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser (many do not like the tea tree), this is a great option too.
